Command and controll is dead. So what now?

Hierarchy as a management model has had its day. Most people know that. Nevertheless, the old dynamic often fills the room: whoever talks the loudest gets their way. Decisions are made at the top and communicated downwards. Psychological safety remains a term from the last offsite, not a lived practice.

The problem is rarely the will to change. It is the lack of concrete skills: Leading meetings differently, truly shaping decisions, empowering teams rather than commanding them.

What makes great leadership?

"Leadership is a set of mindsets and behaviors that aligns people in a collective direction, enables them to work together and accomplish shared goals, and helps them adjust to changing environments."

McKinsey

Not a word about titles. Not a word about hierarchy. Just: attitude. Behaviour. The ability to bring people in a common direction.

200,000+ people, 81 organisations

Four behaviours explain 89% of leadership effectiveness:

01

Being supportive: Be there for people, not just for results

02

Focus on outcomes: Keep the focus when it gets confusing

03

Include other perspectives: Do not impose your own view, but make the best ideas visible in the room

04

Solving problems effectively: Bringing structure to complexity

This is not a leadership framework.
This is the job description of a good facilitator.

And that's exactly why Full Stack Leadership trains through the method of facilitation.

Your questions, answered

What size of company is the training suitable for?

Full Stack Leadership is suitable for companies with 50-5000 employees, wherever managers lead teams and shape decisions

How many participants fit into a training course?

The group size is 8–16 people. Smaller groups allow for more intensive feedback and more practice time per person.

Does the training take place on site or remotely?

This is a strict offsite format for maximum impact. Mny of the exercises rely on direct contact. We are happy to discuss this in the discovery call.

How long does the training last?

The training lasts between 3 and 5 intensive days. We can adapt the exact format, compact or spread over several weeks, to suit your organisation.

How does this differ from traditional leadership training?

Traditional training imparts knowledge. Full Stack Leadership changes behaviour: through intensive practice, direct feedback and the consistent connection between the facilitation mindset and everyday leadership. No endless monologs. No PowerPoint slides.

Was passiert nach dem Training?

Alle Teilnehmenden erhalten Materialien und konkrete Werkzeuge für den direkten Einsatz. Follow-up-Formate, z.B. Coaching oder Peer-Learning-Sessions, sind auf Anfrage möglich.
