Nothing beats a hands-on experience that delivers real results. In hours, not weeks.

In just 2 days you will have done more in AI Up-Skilling than any webinar has done before. That is because this is 100% hands on. From Minute one on we work with AI in mind and AI at hand. Your teams rapidly define their specific challenge, how it should be and then how AI helps overcome those obstacles.

The hackathon is for

Non technical users

Your business users have process that drag them down. Client onboarding that takes weeks, support hotlines that drown in calls, customers up in arms. This hackathon is perfect for those users. There is no coding experience needed upfront. But afterwards these participants will deliver one app after another

Technical users

Technical users are often sceptical towards AI slop. This hackathon however is a fun way to get them to use AI more in their day.to-day work. See where AI can help them in their process. From Code reviews to monitoring deployment pipelines.

C-level Execs…

who don't want to approve a 100k budget just to get 2 PowerPoints, one vendor demo and a team still discussing a roadmap instead of building AI tools that accelerate the business.

The process

2 days, 2 Teams, 2 Results

2 days, 2 Teams, 2 Results

Each step enables your team to apply AI

Stakeholder mapping

10:30h

We check who is involved where. Who needs what in the process. We make visible who the people are, which systems are effected and what the outcome is.

01

Result: Clear sight who we build for and what

02

Process mapping

11:15h

The teams model the current process and cross reference the stakeholders. We draw up who needs which output when and why. Friction points where it often gets stuck and time sinks where feedback takes a long time.

Result: Roadmap where we should add AI to make it better

How it should be process

13:30h

How might we improve the process. Which solutions could help at those steps identified and model how the new process should look.

03

Result: AI-Concept, Input & AI-Output defined per Workflow.

Result: AI-Concept, Input & AI-Output defined per Workflow.

04

Coding time

15:00-17:30h

The team gathers round and fires up Claude code. We define an PoC scope and which three features must be part of the PoC. Then we kick off the pair programming. 2 hours later we present our first iteration to the other team.

Result: Running prototype with a real workflow and solid AI know-how in the team

Day 2 - Refine & Test layout

10:30 - 11:30

Is there anything we need to refine in our prototype, did we forget anything that needs to go in. While one person might continue vibe coding the rest designs the user test.

05

Result: Test script and a refined PoC

06

User Testing

11:30-14:30h

We do two rounds of testing per team by bringing in two users of the newly AI augmented process. The team notes down what is working well and what still needs a bit more improvement.

Result: Documented & tested AI augmented process that can be handed over to inhouse devs.

Your team uses AI coding tools like Claude Code to build the prototype themselves - without programming knowledge, without an external agency. This fundamentally changes the dynamics in your company:

Stakeholders see real results

A demo convinces in 10 minutes what a presentation takes months to achieve. Budget approvals happen faster.

Your team becomes an internal champion

Whoever builds something themselves believes in it and carries it forward. The knowledge stays in the company not with the consultant who leaves after the project.

AI expertise as a lasting value

Your team learns to use AI tools productively. This is not a side effect of the AI Hackathon. It is a standalone business value for you.

What is the AI Hackathon?

A structured AI Hackathon is the fastest, lowest-risk path from AI idea to validated prototype.

A structured AI Hackathon is the fastest, lowest-risk path from AI idea to validated prototype.

The team defines what the process is now, who is involved and where do they see friction and time sinks.

How should the process be to reduce friction, handover issues and time sinks. How could AI help to overcome those obstacles that slow you down.

Instead of handing over 100k to an agency your team validates the idea first.

AI capabilities in business language. No prior technical knowledge required.

What will change after the hackathon

Your teams will want to use AI for the right reasons. Tackle issues that AI is good at not do AI for the sake of it.

Before

Employees don't know what to use AI for

Chatbot licences that gather dust

Sluggish process that grinds everyone down

AI threatens my job

Outdate systems people hate

After

Teams develop AI solutions that drive your business

Real world application and full value realisation

Accelerated decisioning

AI makes my job more fun

Software that delivers what people need.

David's methods are refreshing and sometimes break with conventional workshop formats. He uses creative approaches to inspire participants and encourage new ways of thinking.
David has a special combination: extensive experience in an entrepreneurial environment & a real talent for steering workshops as a neutral moderator and facilitator.

AW

Daniel Pott

BU Manager Data & Application

David combines technical literacy, organisational excellence, and strong interpersonal skills to keep complex initiatives focused and moving forward. Highly recommended for any environment where clarity, coordination, and technical insight are equally essential.

Your questions, answered

Your questions, answered

What size of company is the AI Hackathon suitable for?

This hackathon is suitable for companies with 50-5000 employees.

How many participants fit into an AI Hackathon?

The group size is 8–16 people in two teams. Larger groups can be accommodated but this needs a bit more upfront planning on your and my end. Lets talk.

Does the hackathon take place on site or remotely?

This is best delivered as an offsite format for maximum impact. I will scout and book a location near you, take care of the catering etc.

How long is the hackathon?

The hackathon takes place over two days. We start at 10:00 and finish at 17:00 on day one. Day two finishes at around 14:30.

How does this differ from traditional AI training?

This is a 100% hands on session that takes a teams individual challenge. Where other sessions stay generic, or use idealised scenarios, this hackathon solves a real world problem of your team.

What happens after the AI hackathon?

After the hackathon I strongly recommend using the PoC and scale it up to production with your devs teams. Participants will function as AI advocates in your company driving adoption to new highs.
