If you pay hundreds of Euros for a team of Experts per hour, the last thing you want is them to sit in a meeting that leads to nothing, drains their productivity or kills motivation . And cost real money really fast.
AI can take notes, extract action points and schedule the next meeting. But AI cannot read the room, guide you to a solution, adapt to whats needed
This will happen during the Course
The base module teaches you all you need to know about running workshops and trainings in two days. It forms the basis for all additional modules. Three additional modules are available. Workshop Design, a highly recommended Practice Day and an extra AI Workshop module. Every day is packed with 50% of the time dedicated to practicing what you learn. All training sessions are grounded in our consulting for clients. We only teach you real world tested methods.
