What it is
I run AI Design Sprint workshops for businesses across Germany and Europe. The AI Design Sprint is a 4-day facilitated workshop where I take your cross-functional team from AI confusion to a concrete implementation plan. I'm a certified AI Design Sprint facilitator, trained by 33A, and I've been designing and running corporate workshops for over 25 years.
The format is based on the original Design Sprint methodology. It's a tried and tested method of adding human-centric AI to your internal processes and helping you implement AI in a meaningful, value-generating way. Over 4 intensive days, your stakeholders, team leaders, and team members work together to design a working AI solution with no technical knowledge required.
What you get
A level playing field of knowledge in the company.
Execs often say: We want AI and we want it now. But they lack the knowledge and understanding of what it can actually do and what it can't. Look beyond ChatGPT and see what is possible.
A clear picture of what potential AI Solutions there are
We dig into your company’s structure and uncover which team or department could benefit most from AI.
A well defined approach for implementing AI
Rather than "The AI Will Do That" we will dig in and define what AI does, at which stage and what process with which data and what outcome.
AI that will deliver value
You can take the results and give them to my technicians or your own dev department, to assess if that solution is feasible or not. Best of all, if, despite all the effort, it isn't we develop two ideas right from the outset so can rest assured that one will fit.
A clear plan ahead
Whether you want acquire funding from your company or just go ahead and implement it. With the results from the AI Design Sprint it is up to you.
When to bring me in
You’re stuck with your team and not sure how to proceed with AI
Your tech is overworked and cannot cope with yet another project
Your C-Suite demands AI but doesn't know what it should look like
You want to move fast without losing focus and tons of money
Why it works
I don’t overcomplicate. I help you through this process and there will be a result. It is tried and tested. 100s of companies have started where you are now and implemented AI.
Let’s get you unstuck
Whether you already have an idea or department earmarked for AI or you start from scratch I’ll help you move from guesswork to grounded action.
Need a clearer path forward? Let’s talk.
What exactly is an AI Design Sprint?
It's a 4-day facilitated workshop that takes your team from "we need to do something with AI" to a concrete, validated implementation plan. I developed my approach based on 33A's AI Design Sprint methodology, which builds on Google's original Design Sprint. I bring together your stakeholders, team leaders, and team members in one room and guide them through identifying where AI creates real value, what a solution looks like, and how to actually build it.
How long does it take?
The standard format is 4 intensive days. Depending on your scope and team size, I can also run shorter 2 or 3 day versions. Each day has a clear focus: from understanding your AI landscape, to identifying opportunities, to designing and stress-testing a concrete solution.
Who should be in the room?
Ideally 6 to 12 people from across the organisation. Each workshop day needs a different mix. Day 1 is for deciders, day 2 for Team leaders and Seniors, days 3-4 are for the team leader plus teh people working with the process identified to be AI augmented. Nobody needs a technical background, we bring in tech-expertise when needed.
What do I walk away with?
Two developed AI solution concepts. Each one spells out the use case, the data it needs, where it fits into your process, what success looks like, and a step-by-step implementation roadmap. You can hand this directly to your dev team or my technical partners to assess feasibility and start building. Two concepts means if one doesn't pan out technically, you've got a backup ready.
How is this different from a normal Design Sprint?
A regular Design Sprint solves product or UX problems — you prototype something and test it with users. The AI Design Sprint is specifically about AI implementation: where does AI create the most value in your business, what can it realistically do, and what does a feasible solution actually look like? It also levels the playing field — after day 1, everyone in the room has the same understanding of AI, regardless of where they started.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. The whole point is that this workshop is for business people, not engineers. I help you think about AI from a value perspective. The technical feasibility check comes after the sprint — either through my technical partners or your own dev team.
