750.000€ wasted

Organizations with 100 employees waste up to €750,000 annually on unproductive meetings

  • 92% of participants multitask instead of engaging

  • 71% of senior managers find meetings unproductive

  • 15% of organizational time produces nothing

Why: The organiser is often not the best person to lead the meeting

Transformation fail

70-90% of organisational change initiatives fail to achieve their objectives

  • Only 10.5% of German SMEs adopted AI successfully

  • 70-90% of mergers fail (30% due to cultural issues)

  • Organizations hire consultants without building capability

Why: No one really knows how to lead through change by engaging employees

Traditional training

Traditional training teaches theory—not systematic practice

  • Tools without unifying framework

  • No structured approach for unexpected situations

  • Focus on ideal scenarios, not real complexity

Why: Easy to deliver, makes you feel good rather than exploring your limits

Your organization needs facilitators with both: systematic structure AND adaptive capability. That's what we build together.

When reality hits and things go haywire

I was hired to lead a problem-solving workshop with a Development team trying to takle AI. Standard preparation: clear agenda, structured exercises, defined outcomes. Everything was planned systematically.

And then this: First off, one participant was driven to the wrong location. I was told we were all on the same page, but then discovered everyone had vastly different perspective. The reality was: The team wanted other things from what the PO wanted, and tech wanted a presentation not a workshop.

Adapt rather than trying to fix

In a traditional workshop way, I would have pressed on with the agenda and workshop exercises. After all, I had a tried and tested method at hand.

But as a Complete Facilitator my approach was different. We cut the music, we gave people a way to vent first and then focussed on just one task at hand instead of the planned roadmap.

Result

Assessing the situation, then making an informed decision based on what the group actually needs, adapt the approach professionally and pivot on the spot delivered what the group needed.

Your journey during this 1-week Course

First you learn the principles of facilitation. You will be given the tools and techniques. But from day one, you will be put into scenarios where you facilitate the exercise. I will push you into situations, outside your comfort zone, in a high-pressure but safe environment to practice.

All week there will be scenarios you will facilitate but troublemakers will try to throw you off. Experience and reflect on how you respond. Get feedback on how you handled the situation. You're building systematic capability throughout the week.

By the end, you will have the confidence to deal with any such situation. The development in one week is remarkable.
